Draft Agenda for first committee meeting

1. Lunch food


2. Review Job Descriptions

   Can we get enough people?  If not, what can be cut?


3. Post-CPQM optional dinner arrangements.

   Usually a dozen or more people want to stay for dinner, some because of
   post-session committee meetings, others to help clean up (that's us!)

   This is COMPLETELY SEPARATE from the CPQM program.  Ideally any money
   involved is handled separately so the CPQM treasurer does not need to deal with it.

   OPTIONS:
     1. Order take-out or delivery from a restaurant; we would take sign-ups
         at registration and collect money afterwards (or maybe before).

         Thai?  Pizza?  
         If we have to pick up the food, it should be near the church.

     2. Do nothing.  People make their own arrangements to go to restaurants.

     3. ???
