Worship Sharing:
  Expect maximum 110, minimum 70 (assuming some go to march instead).
    (if more than 110, assign extras to larger spaces)

  Apartments: Assume max 8
  Other spaces: Limit to 10

  9 apartments x 8 = 72 (54 minimum at 6/group)
  3 FBC spaces x 9 = 27 (18 minimum)
  3 FH spaces  x 9 = 27 (18 miniumu)
     TOTAL MAXIMUM: 126 (90 min if all spaces are used)

  CONCLUSION: Plan for up to 15 spaces; probably will only need 12 or 13.
    Get count during registration and drop FH spaces (other than apartments) 
    to optimize the size of each group.
