Hi Jim,

Thank you for our conversation today. Per our chat, at this point it seems
like a good idea to have the teen program at the school, which is a  10
minute walk up the hill from the Conference Center (see Middle High and
Downtown attached maps). Once I have spoken with the school facility
manager I will add some school rooms to your housing grid for the teen
dorms. It is likely some of the school rooms will be adult dorms as well.
The Assembly Room will probably be the teen workshop space.

Below is an initial attempt at a lodging or breakout space key. Most of the
buildings referred to can be seen on the attached Downtown map. The rooms
on your web housing grid designated with a number (100s or 200s) are in the
Conference Center --- rooms in the 200s are on the second floor.

Per our conversation, given a large retreat is fast approaching, I will
have more time to work with you on your retreat logistics starting the
second week in February.

Notes from JimA:
#108 is a "handicap" room with roll-in shower (private bath)
#105 is a room with ADA restroom down the hall (next door) with a roll-in shower.
AFAIK these two are the only ADA-accessable lodging rooms.
