10/10/2013 jima After the 2013 Annual Session, Mt. Madonna Center contacted me (Jim Avera) to ask for detailed information about usage of rooms belonging to the MMC school. Specifically, they wanted *daily* counts of adult and children in each of several rooms. --- INPUT DATA ---------------------------------- Steve Leeds estimates: JYM: 20 teens. 2 departed Tuesday, one on Thursday. 4 adult JYM committee members every day (part or full time) 7 adult FAPs [not all at once? I'll assume an average of 2] Terrill estimates: 8 kids + 3 adults in preschool & elementary -- 2 AM teachers, 2 PM teachers, and 1 volunteer. [assuming 4 in each + 1 teacher] 12 kids + 4 adults in upper elem/middle [presumably 2AM + 2PM teachers] ------------------------------------------------- Note: We were at MMC Monday 7/29/13 - Saturday 8/3/13, for a total of 5 full days, counting our arrival and departure days as 1/2 day. Here is a detailed daily breakdown as best I can determine: Lakeview: 4 1/2 days: 4 children + 2 adults FH Classroom: 4 1/2 days: 4 children + 3 adults FH Annex: 4 1/2 days: 12 children + 2 adults MMC Assembly: 1 1/2 days: 20 teens + 6 adults 2 days: 18 teens + 6 adults 1 1/2 days: 17 teens + 6 adults MMC B-6: 5 days: 30 adults MMC A-3: 4 days (90 minutes per day): 12 adults MMC A-2, Library lower, Library upper: Not used. (A-2, A-3, and the two library spaces were all reserved for adult "worship sharing" but it turned out that not many people used those rooms, and those that did reportedly combined into a single group. That is why 3 of the 4 spaces are shown as "Not used".)
