12/27/14: Jim ordered chair & table rental, with delivery:

  100 folding chairs
  3   6-ft (72"x30") folding tables
  3   8-ft (96"x30") folding tables

  TODO:CHANGE TO: 5 6-ft & 2 8-ft.  DO they have very narrow tables (for bookstore)?

Delivery FRIDAY 4:30pm (possibly later, check at last moment)
Pick-up: SATURDAY 4:30-5pm

  $80 round-trip delivery charge (40+40)

The fact that they are open for business Saturdays (they also rent constuction
equipment), and the vibe I got talking with them on the phone, gave me more 
confidence that they would be able to pick up Saturday afternoon when 
promised.  Last time, with a different vendor, the pick-up didn't show.
