Hi Jim:

These people have agreed to host a w/s group in their apts.
They assume they will be in the w/s group in their apt.
They understand they will not be convening the w/s.
I'll send out an email to al of them with time, date, etc as a reminder.

M&O might want to consider identifying the w/s groups by letter instead of number so as not to be confused with Apt #s.
